Atlas

Program-level planning and coordination workspace

Atlas is a centralized workspace for aligning teams on plans, capacity, and execution across delivery cycles. It provides a structured environment for understanding how work is distributed, how teams are sequencing efforts, and where coordination or adjustment is needed. Atlas supports planning at multiple levels of detail. At the highest level, Stratosphere Planning enables teams to sequence major initiatives across teams and cycles. At the mid-level, Rainbow Planning helps organize active work across development and testing phases to understand capacity and flow. At the lowest level, Atlas surfaces sprint insights that reveal execution patterns and deviations that are difficult to see directly in Jira. Bringing together planning data with purpose-built tools and reporting views such as Dependency Report and Planned / Unplanned, Atlas helps teams evaluate dependencies, clarify what is included in the active plan, and assess how closely execution aligns with expectations. Atlas also maintains shared planning state, including change tracking and snapshot-based recovery, allowing teams to collaborate safely while preserving planning history. Designed as a full planning and insight application, it goes beyond simple data visibility to support real coordination, decision-making, and continuous refinement of plans.

SPOG

Unified workspace for planning and delivery visibility

SPOG (Single Pane of Glass) brings planning and delivery data from systems like Jira, Asana, and GitHub into a single, structured workspace. It enables teams to review status across unfamiliar tools, align on shared data, and publish consistent views for leadership and cross-functional partners. By normalizing inconsistent fields and applying shared mappings, SPOG creates a reliable data foundation that supports clear reporting and decision-making. Teams can explore curated views, organize information into a common structure, and generate exports ranging from raw data files to presentation-ready outputs. As the core platform for the broader toolset, SPOG powers downstream experiences like Atlas, Gojira, and XFN Lookup, serving as the central system for aggregating, standardizing, and distributing planning and execution data across the organization.

Cross-system alignment and reconciliation for planning data

Compares Asana and Jira data to identify overlap, gaps, and misalignment. Helps de-duplicate InfoSec findings across systems, ensuring issues from sources like pen tests or scanners are tracked once and consistently. Combines automated matching with human review to align ownership, status, and structure across tools.

Cross-team dependency intake and visibility

Highlights cross-team dependencies by showing incoming requests and outgoing dependencies for a selected group. Filters SPOG data by team cohorts to help prioritize coordination, clarify ownership, and prepare for planning discussions, with shareable PDF and JSON outputs.
