GamingI've been fortunate to work on some genuinely fun and impactful products. Below is a sampling of products and tools I've contributed to or built along the way.
Atlas
Program-level planning and coordination workspace
Planning tool that replaces the chaos of spreadsheets, Slack threads, and 'can you send me that deck?' conversations. Three levels of planning: Stratosphere for sequencing major initiatives across teams and cycles, Rainbow Planning for visualizing capacity and flow through dev and test phases, and sprint-level insights that surface the execution patterns Jira buries. Includes dependency tracking, planned vs. unplanned views, change history, and snapshot recovery — so when someone inevitably blows up the plan, you can roll it back.
Included Tools
Stratosphere Planning
2026Sequence work across teams without a spreadsheet
Visual grid for sequencing work across teams and delivery cycles. Turns Jira backlogs into a shared planning view with real-time collaboration — comments, flags, row locking, and snapshots. Plans stay coordinated, recoverable, and protected from the person who always edits without telling anyone.
Dependency Report
2025Cross-team dependency visibility for planning
Finds the cross-team dependencies hiding in your planning data before they blow up during execution. Groups items from Stratosphere to expose hidden handoffs, coordination risks, and teams that are quietly overloaded.
Planned / Unplanned
2025Clear separation of in-plan vs out-of-plan work
Shows what made the cut and what didn't — a clear line between committed work and everything else. Organized by top goals with key metadata so teams can talk tradeoffs without scrolling through the entire planning grid.
TSO Backstop
2025Fix planning metadata without the Jira safari
Quick-edit workspace for planning metadata — priority, dependencies, ownership, goals, risks — without cracking open Jira or the full planning suite. Exists because sometimes you just need to fix a field without a five-click journey through Atlassian.
SPOG
One view for all your planning data
Your teams use Jira. Some use Asana. A few rebels are in GitHub. Nobody agrees on field names, statuses, or what 'done' means. SPOG pulls it all into one place, normalizes the mess, and gives everyone a single source of truth. Browse curated views, build consistent reports, and export anything from raw CSVs to presentation-ready outputs. Also the engine powering Atlas, Gojira, and XFN Lookup — the data layer everything else runs on.
Included Tools
Slide Creator
2025Automated presentation generation from planning data
Turns SPOG data into presentation-ready slides so nobody has to manually build a status deck ever again. Applies templates, formatting, and content limits automatically. Outputs to Google Slides or PowerPoint — your choice, same zero effort.
Converge
2025De-duplicate findings across Asana and Jira
Compares Asana and Jira side-by-side to find duplicates, gaps, and misalignment. Built to stop InfoSec findings from pen tests and scanners from being tracked three times across two tools. Combines automated matching with human review to get ownership, status, and structure in sync.
Gojira
2025Sprint analytics Jira should have built
Sprint analytics that show you what Jira won't. Burn-downs, sprint summaries, cycle time, and lead time metrics that expose bottlenecks, scope creep, and predictability issues. Named after a giant monster because sometimes that's what your sprint looks like.
XFN Lookup
2025Cross-team dependency intake and visibility
Shows who's asking your team for what, and what your team needs from others. Filters SPOG data by team to surface incoming requests and outgoing dependencies. Exports to shareable PDFs and JSON so you show up to planning discussions with receipts.
